Cancellation Policy
Deposit: Your deposit will be collected upon booking this is not an extra fee it goes towards your total. Deposit are NON-REFUNDABLE as this holds your appointment and time. We do allow them to be transfer ONCE for reschedule.
Reschedules: Must contact us at least 24 hours (1 Full Day) before your scheduled appointment to transfer deposit. If rescheduled after that time, your deposit is forfeited and 50% of the service amount will be charged.
Cancelations: Must be at least 24 hours before any appointment, deposit will be forfeited and 50% of the service amount will be charged.
No Call No Show: if you are a no show your card will be charged the FULL service amount of the appointment.
